When it was first published, the Jojo series only presented a simple story, which is about the rivalry between two British men: Jonathan Joestar and Dio Brando. Dio Brando, who is the adopted son of the Joestar family, wanted to seize everything Jonathan has. Over the past 30 years, the series from Jojo’s Bizzare has evolved. Not only it has different backgrounds but also the different main characters with different traits. Broadly speaking, the story of Bizarre Adventure is divided into 8 different stories. However, I will only show 3 core stories from the beginning of the Jojo’Bizzare Adventure Series.

a) The first story is Phantom Blood

One day Jonathan’s father brought a young man named Dio Brando to become an adopted son in the Joestar family.

b) The second story is Battle Tencency
In this story, there will be an adventure with Joseph Joestar, the grandson of Jonathan Joestar, in 1938 in New York. It ran for 7 volumes and was adapted into an anime in episodes 9-25. Unlike Jonathan, Joseph was cunning and was not afraid to cheat.

This time, it tells of a 17-year-old boy named Jutaro Kujo who is the grandson of Joseph Joestar. This story runs for 16 comic volumes and was adapted into an anime for 48 episodes in 2014. The Stardust story introduced new story elements that will always be present in every following Jojo’s story. Here, the new power called Stand will be introduced.

9. Koukaku Kidoutai

Commonly known as Ghost in the Shell. This anime sets in 2029 and adapted from the manga by Kazunori of the same title, where the advancement of Cybernetics allows people to replace all parts of their body into robotic organs. 6. Clannad

This anime is created based on the very popular visual novel by KEY in 2004, and produced by Kyoto Animation studio. Clannad itself is a very famous old anime which is ended in season 2: Clannad After Story. This anime is very interesting to watch because of the approach and how the relationships between the characters are formed. Maybe in terms of visuals, this anime is quite old, but if it’s a matter of storyline and the plot this anime is highly recommended.

5. Ansatsu Kyoushitsu

Commonly called the Assassination Classroom. This anime is divided into 2 seasons, where in season 2 it will dig deeper into the past of the protagonist, Koro sensei. While waiting for the earth to be destroyed, Koro sensei will teach the class as well as teach the students killing techniques. The anime that is presented with comedy and action makes this anime very interesting. Also, it is very surprising that the unexpected storylines starting from Itona Hirobe’s background to Kaede Ayano will be discussed thoroughly. For the ending itself, this anime is one of the best I’ve ever watched.

4. Akame ga Kill!

Although it is titled Akame, the story of this anime will center on Tatsumi, a child from a village who travels to the capital city and finds out the secret of the capital’s rottenness. Disappointed by the fact that the capital city has been damaged, Tatsumi chooses to join a rebel group called Night Raid to destroy the capital city. This anime has something unique in the storyline. Even though this anime is adapted from the manga by Tashiro Tetsuya, the story and arc will be different between the manga and the anime. Well, the anime itself will have an original ending, different from the manga ending. Although several comedy scenes are inserted, the storyline for this anime will test emotions and actually is quite dark. In this anime, it also shows intense and epic battle between protagonist and antagonist characters which will inevitably lead to quite epic gore scenes. Maybe one flaw in this anime, why the waifu Chelsea has to end in a very tragic way? Anyone can explain this?

Yes, this anime does have a storyline and plot twist that is very unexpected in each episode.
